Hello, my name is Jodie. I am a qualified yoga instructor and a student of
positive psychology. ThinkYOGA uses the ancient principles of yoga and
the more recent principles of positive psychology to enable you to develop
& flourish on and off the mat. By combining these approaches to
wellbeing, it creates a compassionate, challenging and
restorative yoga practice that I hope to be able to share with you.
Jodie’s yoga classes are excellent! I’ve been to a number of other yoga studios but I really felt improvements to my practice with Jodie’s teaching. Jodie made me feel completely relaxed and challenged at the same time. Jodie took the time and care to ensure that my postures were correct and shared her knowledge with me to understand how to further improve. The class was outside in a beautiful setting which made it especially relaxing. I would highly recommend Jodie’s classes and am looking forward to my next session already!
My first one-to-one lesson with Jodie was half-way through my pregnancy. Although I was familiar with Yoga, I was slightly nervous about how it might work with my pregnancy, but she designed a tailored lesson plan and playlist specifically to suit me, which was just the right mix of work and relaxation.
I have since tried several Pregnancy Yoga classes, but Jodie’s remains the best.
Jodie is professional, knowledgeable and patient, with a soothing voice and a gentle but firm touch to help you improve your Yoga positioning, whatever level you begin from.
I would certainly recommend her classes and will be a regular customer myself for a long time to come.
